Feysville, Western Australia
Feysville is an abandoned town in the Goldfields-Esperance region of Western Australia. It is situated between Kalgoorlie and Kambalda just off the Goldfields Highway. Alluvial gold was found in the area in 1895 by the prospector Dennis O'Callaghan which sprked a gold rush on the Hampton Plains Estate lease. Another prospector and field manager, Captain Henry Fey, established the Feysville mine in 1896 and by 1897 the local progress association began to campaign for the town to be declared.

Golden Ridge is an abandoned town in Western Australia located 615 kilometres east of Perth just off the Mount Monger Road in the Goldfields-Esperance region of Western Australia. The town was originally designated as a business area through the mining act and was ironically known as Waterfall. The government gazetted the town-site in 1910 following a request by the local progress committee to make more land available for residential development.

Kambalda, Western Australia
Kambalda is a small mining town about 60 kilometres from the mining city of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia, within the Goldfields. It is split into two townsites 4 kilometres apart, Kambalda East and Kambalda West; and is located on the western edge of a giant salt lake, Lake Lefroy. At the 2006 census, Kambalda had a population of 2,705. Kambalda was discovered from a huge mining boom which triggered prospectors from all over Western Australia to come flowing into Kambalda.

Lakewood, Western Australia
Lakewood is a ghost town in Western Australia, located between Kalgoorlie and Kambalda in the Goldfields-Esperance region of Western Australia. Originally the town was known as Lakeside and in 1903 the local progress association lobbied the government for residential lots to be surveyed. The name Lakeside was not considered, as a town in Queensland with the same name already existed.
