Aurach (river)

Aurach is a river in the Austrian state of Upper Austria. It originates from the mountain Hochleckengebiet in the Höllengebirge and flows through the wooden rich valley Aurachtal, that spreads through the communities of Altmünster and Pinsdorf (Kufhaus). After passing through Aurachtal the river flows further through the Alpenvorland via Aurachkirchen until Wankham, where it confluences with the river Ager.

Attnang-Puchheim station

Attnang-Puchheim is a railway station in the town of Attnang-Puchheim, Upper Austria, Austria. The train services are operated by ÖBB and Westbahn. The station is currently (2011) being rebuilt. The station is served by regional services as well as Intercity and EuroNight services.

Moorbad Gmös

The peat therapy resort Moorbad Gmös in the vicinity of the town of Laakirchen (situated on the edge of the Salzkammergut) is one of the few moorland areas in the Alpine foothills of Upper Austria. The moor dates back to the Mindel glaciation and was created by a "dead-ice hole". In 1987 the local authorities of Upper Austria declared the Area of 3.4 ha of the Gmöser Moor a natural preserve.

Vöckla

The Vöckla is a River in Upper Austria. It originates northeast of the Mondsee and joins the Ager River after 51 km at Vöcklabruck. The river basin is about 450 km², the medium flux 8.7 m³/sec. Made of several springs the River flows in northern direction first. At Frankenmarkt the direction changes to East, where it passes through Vöcklamarkt, Timelkam and finally Vöcklabruck.
