San Pedro Town
San Pedro is a town on the southern part of the island of Ambergris Caye in the Belize District of the nation of Belize, in Central America. According to 2012 mid-year estimates, the town has a population of about 13,381. It is the second largest town in the Belize District and largest in the Belize Rural South constituency. The once sleepy fishing village was granted the status of a town in 1848. San Pedro's inhabitants are known as San Pedrános. Most speak both Spanish and English fluently.

Grand Caribe Resort
Grand Caribe Resort is located on the island of San Pedro Town. It opened its doors in 2008 with the last units being opened in 2010. The resort has two 40,000 US gallons and one 190,000 US gallons pools on its property. These pools are salt water pools which uses a special chlorine generator. The salt water system is popular because it is much gentler on the skin, face, eyes and clothes and will not turn hair green.

Ambergris Caye
Ambergris Caye, pronounced /æmˈbɜrɡrɨs/ am-BUR-gris, is the largest island of Belize located northeast of the country in the Caribbean Sea. Though administered as part of the Belize District, the closest point on the mainland is part of the Corozal District. The Caye (pronounced as "key", meaning an island, derived from Spanish: cayo) is about 40 kilometres long from north to south, and about 1.6 kilometres wide. It was named after large lumps of ambergris which washed ashore here.

Blackadore Caye
Blackadore Caye is a small island in Belize, west of Ambergris Caye, in the Atlantic Ocean, not far from the Belize Barrier Reef It has been bought by American actor Leonardo DiCaprio where he intends to build a hotel and a private airport. DiCaprio had originally discovered the island on a vacation in 2004 while staying at the ultra-luxury resort Cayo Espanto. DiCaprio purchased Blackadore Caye with Cayo Espanto owner Jeff Gram in 2005 for a reported $1.75 million.
