Joya Andina Airport

Joya Andina Airport is a Bolivian airport located in the city of Uyuni, in the southwestern Potosí Department, and close to the Salar de Uyuni, the world's largest salt flat. It was opened by the Bolivian president Evo Morales on July 11, 2011. Currently the airport is served by two airlines: Amaszonas and TAM – Transporte Aéreo Militar, which offer regular flights to and from Sucre, La Paz and Rurrenabaque.

Palacio de Sal

Palacio de Sal (Spanish for "Palace of salt") is a hotel built of salt blocks. It is located at the edge of Salar de Uyuni, the world's largest salt flat, 350 km south of Bolivia's capital La Paz. Salar de Uyuni is the world's largest salt flat at 10,582 km . It is located in the Potosí and Oruro departments in southwest Bolivia, near the crest of the Andes at an altitude of 3,656 meters (11,995 feet).

Pulacayo

The historic industrial site of Pulacayo is located in the Potosí Department of Bolivia. The mining center is based around Huanchaca, the world's 2nd largest silver mine, and was originally founded in 1833.
