Veneza water park

Veneza water park is a giant aquatic park located in the beach of Maria farinha in Paulista, Pernambuco, north-eastern Brazil. It contains the largest artificially slow river of Brazil, called "Amazon river". Its one of the largest water parks in South America providing a superstructure of entertainment and cuisine. Is named Veneza as reference to Recife capital of the state, which has the nickname of "Brazilian Venice". The water park is located 10 km south of Olinda and 20 km south of Recife.

Igarassu

Igarassu (or Igaraçu) is a city in the Brazilian state of Pernambuco. It is situated on the north coast of the metropolitan region of Recife, approximately 32 km north of the city of Recife. It stands as one of the earliest European settlements in Brazil and is the site of the oldest church in the country – São Cosme e Damião, built in 1535.

Olinda

Estádio do Arruda

Estádio José do Rego Maciel, also known as Estádio do Arruda, is a multi-purpose stadium in Recife, Brazil. It is currently used mostly for football matches. The stadium was built in 1972 and is able to hold 60,044 people. Estádio do Arruda is owned by Santa Cruz Futebol Clube. The stadium is named after José do Rego Maciel, who was Recife's mayor between 1952 and 1955.

Fort Orange (Dutch Brazil)

The Fort of Santa Cruz de Itamaracá, popularly known as Fort Orange, located on Itamaracá Island on the north coast of the state of Pernambuco in Brazil. In the context of the second Dutch invasions in Brazil, it was originally a small island (now lost) in front of the tip of the Southeast Itamaracá Island, where the bar dominated the southern channel of Santa Cruz .
