Glenwood is a village in southern Alberta, Canada. It is located north of the town of Cardston, in Cardston County. Glenwood is located in the Cardston County. The village was named for a man named Glen Edward Wood. The founder of the village was Edward J. Wood, successor to Mormon leader Charles Ora Card, the founder of Cardston. Both Glen and Edward Wood were from Salt Lake City, Utah, and are buried in Cardston. The old name for the village was Glenwoodville until 1979.

Blood 148 is an indian reserve in Alberta, Canada. It is inhabited by the Blood first nation and was established under the provisions of the Treaty 7. The reserve is located in Southern Alberta, around Stand Off, south-west of Lethbridge, along Highway 2 and the Belly River. At 1,413.87 km, this is the largest reserve in Canada, and the second most populous.
