Midnapore, Calgary
Midnapore is a community within the city of Calgary in the province of Alberta, Canada. Midnapore was once an unincorporated community with its own train station, but as Calgary grew larger, it was annexed into being part of that city in 1961 and established as a neighbourhood in 1977. It is bounded to the north and east by Fish Creek Provincial Park, to the south by Sun Valley Boulevard and to the west by Macleod Trail. Nearby Fish-Creek Lacombe C-Train station recalls Midnapore's former past.

It is located on the exclusive LRT right of way (adjacent to CPR ROW), 14.2 km South of the City Hall Interlocking. The station is west of MacLeod Trail and just to the north of James McKevitt Road. It was one of the two new stations to open on October 9, 2001 as part of the South LRT Extension Phase I. The station was, until June 27, 2004, the southern terminus of the South Line.
