Bluevale Collegiate Institute is a high school in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Run by the Waterloo Region District School Board, Bluevale is one of the largest high schools in Waterloo Region with approximately 1,450 students (2009–2010) and teaches academic, applied and open level courses for grades 9-12. Seagram Stables

Seagram Stables was a Canadian Thoroughbred horse racing operation founded in 1888 by the wealthy distiller, Joseph E. Seagram. Located in Seagram's hometown of Waterloo, Ontario, the stables and large training facilities were built along Lincoln Road. Joseph E. Seagram established his breeding operation's bloodlines by importing mares in foal from English sires. Between 1891 and 1898 his stables won eight consecutive Queen's Plates, Canada's most prestigious horse racing event.

Kitchener railway station

The Kitchener railway station is located in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, slightly to the northeast of downtown Kitchener, at 126 Weber Street West, near the corner of Victoria Street. It is a heritage building containing a waiting room and ticket counter built beside a set of tracks also used as a freight yard. A separate building to the east of the passenger area, originally built in 1925 as a freight building, now serves as the headquarters for the Goderich–Exeter Railway.

Waterloo Festival for Animated Cinema

The Waterloo Festival for Animated Cinema (WFAC) is an annual international film festival for animated feature films, held in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. The 13th edition will be held November 14–17, 2013 in Kitchener-Waterloo, Canada. The festival was founded in 2001 (2001) to promote appreciation for animation as a narrative medium for mature cinematic storytelling, and to review and celebrate animated feature films in the venue they were meant to be seen: a theatre.
