The Orbit Room

The Orbit Room is a Toronto bar owned by Rush lead guitarist Alex Lifeson and Tim Notter. The restaurant is managed by Tim Wilson. The venue is decorated in the style of a 1950s New York cocktail lounge, and plays host to many different kinds of live music; particularly R&B, funk, and jazz. It is located at 580-A College Street, within Toronto's "Little Italy" district, accessible by streetcar. There is street parking. They serve some food; more on certain nights of the week.

Little Italy, Toronto

Little Italy, sometimes referred to as College Street West, is a district in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is known for its numerous Italian Canadian restaurants and businesses. There is also a significant Latin American and Portuguese community in the area. The district is centred around a restaurant/bar/shopping strip along College Street, centred at the intersection of College and Grace Streets and the adjacent residential area, but spreading out between Ossington Avenue and Dufferin Street.

Portuguese Seventh-day Adventist Church (Toronto)

The Portuguese Seventh-day Adventist Church is a Seventh-day Adventist church serving the Portuguese community of Toronto, Canada. It is located on College Street just west of Bathurst. The church was originally built as College Street Baptist Church in 1889. The Baptist congregation had been founded in 1872 and had originally met at College and Lippincott, the current location of St. George Lutheran Church.
