Riverside Secondary School (RSS) is a public high school that offers programs and classes for grades 9 to 12 in the community of Riverside, in the east end of Windsor, Ontario, Canada. RSS is the secondary school that serves the following public elementary schools: Eastwood Forest Glade M.S. Ganatchio Trail

The Ganatchio Trail is a bike trail in Windsor, Ontario, the second to be built in the city. Construction on the trail started upon the closure of Clairview Avenue. The trail currently extends over 5.3 km, and passes through several neighbourhoods, such as Riverside and Little River, and serves Sandpoint Beach and Stop 26 Beach and Park. It was the first major trail constructed, aside from the Riverfront Bike Trail, with extensions east towards Tecumseh built in stages.

Peche Island

Peche Island, is an uninhabited, currently 86-acre (reduced by erosion from a 1965 measurement of 109 acres / 43.7 ha) Canadian-owned island in the Detroit River, at its opening into Lake Saint Clair. It is 1.2 miles (1.9 km) east of U. S. -owned Belle Isle, and 360 yards (330 m) from the Windsor shore. The island was formed from a peninsula of the Canadian shore by the action of the Detroit River. There is a central marsh on the island.

Belle Isle Aquarium

The Belle Isle Aquarium is a public aquarium located in Belle Isle Park in Detroit, Michigan. Designed by noted architect Albert Kahn, it opened on August 18, 1904, and was the oldest continually operating public aquarium in North America when it closed on April 3, 2005. The aquarium reopened to the public on August 18, 2012, and is now run entirely by volunteers.

Manoogian Mansion

The Manoogian Mansion is the official residence of the mayor of Detroit, Michigan. It is located at 9240 Dwight Street in the Berry Subdivision Historic District, on the city's east side, backing up to the Detroit River. It was built in 1928 for $300,000, but the owner lost the home during the Great Depression. Alex Manoogian, founder of the Masco Company, purchased the home in 1939. In 1966, the Manoogians donated the mansion to the City of Detroit.
