Mennon, Saskatchewan

Mennon, Saskatchewan, is a small town of four houses in mid-northern Saskatchewan. It is about 30 minutes away from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. At one time the town was much larger than Saskatoon, however, it dropped in population when the railroad pulled out to go to other settlements. The town is now a shadow of what it once was consisting of four houses and a small, one-room schoolhouse.

Martensville is a provincial electoral district for the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, Canada, named after the city of Martensville, located north of Saskatoon. The electoral district was created through the Representation Act, 2002 (Saskatchewan), mostly out of the former constituency of Rosthern. The city of Warman is also located in the riding. Smaller communities in the district include the towns of Hague, Waldheim, Osler, and Dalmeny; and the village of Hepburn.

Corman Park No. 344, Saskatchewan

The Rural Municipality of Corman Park No. 344, Saskatchewan surrounds the city of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. RM of Corman Park No. 344 started as a 3 × 3 township square RM, and expanded to a very large RM. It was formed in 1970 according to the Saskatchewan Gazette by combining the smaller rural municipalities of Cory 344, Warman 374, and Park 375. RM 374 Warman and RM 375 Park were disorganized at the end of 1969.

Credit Union Centre

Credit Union Centre (commonly referred to as the C.U.C. and originally Saskatchewan Place or SaskPlace) is an arena located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Situated near the city's northern entrance, the facility opened in February, 1988 with a seating capacity of around 7,800. It was expanded to 11,330 for the World Junior Hockey Championships in 1990. More additional permanent seating was added in 2008 and 2009.
