Delisle, Saskatchewan
Delisle is a town in south central Saskatchewan, Canada. It is located 45 kilometres southwest of Saskatoon beside Highway 7. The origins of the town go back to 1907 to 1908 when the Goose Lake Railway Line was built on the land owned by four brothers. Amos, Eddie, Eugene and Fred Delisle. The town was named after the brothers December 29, 1908. Delisle was named a town in 1913.
