Louguantai

The Louguantai Temple, in Tayu village (塔峪村), Zhouzhi county, Shaanxi province, about 70 km, west of Xian, is the place where tradition says that Lao Tze composed the Tao Te Ching. The Daqin Pagoda, an early Christian site, is located less than one mile to the west of Louguantai.

Daqin Pagoda

The Daqin Pagoda (大秦塔) is a Buddhist pagoda in Chang'an, Shaanxi Province, located about two kilometres to the west of Louguantai temple. The pagoda has been controversially claimed as a Nestorian Christian church from the Tang dynasty.

Hu County

Hu County is a county in Xi'an, Shaanxi, China, which has a population of about 578 thousand. It has an area of 1255 square kilometers, containing 11 towns and 5 townships. To the south of the county is Mount Qinling and north is Weihe River. There are all together 36 rivers running through the area feeding into the water table resulting in a very fertile land. There are 55 acres of arable land, 52.4 acres of land covered by forests.

Maoling

Maoling is the tomb of Emperor Wu of Han (156–87 BCE) located in Xingping, Shaanxi Province, China, about 40 km to the west of the provincial capital of Xi'an. The tomb is the largest of all tombs built during the Han Dynasty. It is a trapezoidal tumulus built from rammed earth with a rectangular base of 222 by 217 meters wide and a height of 47 meters.
