Haiyang

Rushan borders Yantai to the north and looks out to the Yellow Sea to the south. It derives its name from a breast-shaped hill on the seashore. In the Shandong Peninsula, there are many mountains named as "YU", for example, Kun Yu Mountain and Ju Yu Mountain. Therefore, "YU" may mean "mountain" in the ancient Dongyi language.
