Amper

The Amper (known in its upper reaches as the Ammer) is a river in southern Bavaria, Germany. It is the largest tributary of the Isar river. The Amper flows into the Isar in Moosburg, 185 kilometres from its source and with a flow of 45 m³/s. It runs through the Ammersee; upstream of the Ammersee it is known as the Ammer. Its major tributaries are the Glonn, the Würm (the outflow of Lake Starnberg), and the Maisach. Cities along the Amper include Fürstenfeldbruck, Dachau and Moosburg.

Freising is a district in Bavaria, Germany. Following a recent ranking of the German magazine FOCUS MONEY comparing all German districts it is number one concerning economic growth abilities. It is bounded by (from the north and clockwise) the districts of Kelheim, Landshut, Erding, Munich, Dachau and Pfaffenhofen. The district is located north of the Munich metropolitan area. The Isar and Amper rivers run in parallel from southwest to northeast.

The Kempinski Hotel Airport Munich is part of Munich Airport International. It is located between Terminal 1 and 2. Following a construction period of 20 months, the hotel opened on May 17, 1994, two years after the airport went into operation.
