Fraunberg

For the town in Germany,Translated as (wife or lady of the Mountain) see Fraunberg, Bavaria. The family of the barons von Fraunberg, also known as the Fraunberger, is among the oldest in Bavaria. Their name derives from the village of Fraunberg in the district of Erding. They are documented since 945, when Heinrich von Fraunberger was mentioned in connection with Costnitz am Bodensee. Their main arms are Gules, a pale argent.

Gymnasium Gars

The Gymnasium Gars is a Gymnasium (high school) in Gars, Bavaria. Situated on the river Inn in the Gars valley, it was founded as a school of Latin by Augustinians before 1582 AD. It became a state school in 1972. It grew quickly and had about 1000 students and 70 teachers in 2006. Today, a part of the school is still found inside the local Redemptorist monastery, but there were extensions in the 1980s and 1990s.

Gabersee

Gabersee is a borough of the town Wasserburg am Inn in Bavaria in Germany. Gabersee was the site of a post World War II American sector displaced person camp. It is the birthplace of Carl Troll, and home to a psychiatric hospital, where Friedrich Ludwig died.
