Ottobrunn is a station of the Munich S-Bahn. It is located in the south-eastern suburb of Ottobrunn. It is serviced by the line S7 in the direction of Kreuzstraße and Wolfratshausen in 20 minute intervals. The station consists of a station building and a platform, which services both in- and outbound trains. The station building hosts a bank and an art gallery. Munich air disaster
The Munich air disaster occurred on 6 February 1958, when British European Airways Flight 609 crashed on its third attempt to take off from a slush-covered runway at Munich-Riem Airport in Munich, West Germany. On board the plane was the Manchester United football team, nicknamed the "Busby Babes", along with a number of supporters and journalists. Twenty of the 44 people on board the aircraft died in the crash.

München Neuperlach Süd station
Neuperlach Süd (south) station is shared by the Munich S-Bahn and the Munich U-Bahn in the district of Neuperlach in the Bavarian capital of Munich. It is one of the six above-ground stations of the Munich U-Bahn network and the only above-ground station on line U 5. The U-Bahn station was opened on 18 October 1980. The S-Bahn station was opened on 17 December 1977. It has three platforms, two for the U-Bahn and one for the S-Bahn.
