Coronation Park (Sunyani, Ghana)

Coronation Park is a multi-use stadium in Sunyani, Ghana, capable of holding 10,000 people. It is used mostly for football matches, and is the home stadium of Bofoakwa Tano, Bechem Chelsea and Brong-Ahafo United. it was been expanded and modernise by the npp government in 2008 during the cup of nations in Ghana althoug it was not one of the venues. Chairs from the renovated accra sports stadium was sent to the sunyani stadium to improve upon its standard.

Sunyani is a city in the West African republic of Ghana, and is the capital of the both the Sunyani District and Brong-Ahafo Region. According to the 2005 population estimates 80,245 people reside in the city of Sunyani, with a growth rate, in the city, of 3.4% per annum.

University Of Energy And Natural Resources

The University Of Energy And Natural Resources (UENR) is a public university that is to be established in Sunyani, Ghana. The university will have its start up infrastructure from the Sunyani campus of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. The university was formerly the Faculty of Forest Resource Technology of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). It was handed over to the management of UENR on June 7, 2012.
