Naroda

Naroda is a suburban town in Bapunagar, northeast of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. With the establishment of the Naroda Industrial Area in the 1980s, the town flourished; it was incorporated into Ahmedabad in 1996. Being eight km from Ahmedabad International Airport and located on the SP Ring Road, Naroda is situated on the emerging Gandhinagar-Ahmedabad-Vadodara (GAV) corridor.

Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport is India's eighth busiest airport with an average of 250 aircraft movements a day. It services the metropolitan areas of two cities in the State of Gujarat - Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. The airport is located 8 km from the Ahmedabad Railway Station. It is named after statesman and former Deputy Prime Minister Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. The airport is spread over an area of 1,124 acres with the runway measuring 11,811 ft .

Institute for Plasma Research

Institute for Plasma Research (IPR) is an autonomous physics research institute located in India. The institute is involved in research in aspects of plasma science including basic plasma physics, research on magnetically confined hot plasmas and plasma technologies for industrial applications. Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India

The Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDI), an autonomous and not-for-profit institute, set up in 1983, is sponsored by the IDBI Bank Ltd. , IFCI Ltd. , ICICI Bank Ltd. and State Bank of India (SBI). The government of Gujarat pledged twenty-three acres of land on which stands the EDI campus. EDI has helped set up twelve state-level exclusive entrepreneurship development centres and institutes.

Camp Hanuman Temple

The Shree Camp Hanuman Temple (Hindi: कामप हनुमान् मन्दीर) is one of the biggest Hanuman temples of India. It is situated in Ahmedabad Cantonment area in Shahibaug, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This temple was established by Pandit Gajanan Prasad around 100 years ago. Pandit Dwarka Prasad was the Chief Mahant of this temple. The Pandit family acts as the managing trustee for this temple.
