Mhadei Wildlife Sanctuary

The Mhadei Wildlife Sanctuary is a 208.5-km (80.5-mi) protected area in the Indian state of Goa in the Western Ghats of South India. It is located in the North Goa District, Sanguem taluka near the town of Valpoi. The sanctuary is an area of high biodiversity, and is being considered to become a Project Tiger tiger reserve because of the presence of resident Bengal tigers.

Pargadh

Bhimgad Fort

Bhimgad Fort are historical ruins located within the Bhimgad Wildlife Sanctuary, on a detached spur of the Western Ghats, in Khanapur Taluk of Belgaum District near Jamboti Village, Karnataka state, India. It is located in the heart of the Mhadei river watershed. It was built and occupied by Shivagi Maharaj in the mid 17th century during his conquest of South India to defend from the Portuguese colonial troops who controlled Goa at that time.

Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary

Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary is located at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:15|30|23|N|74|23|30|E| | |name= }} in Uttara Kannada District of Karnataka state in India. The sanctuary covers an area of 866.41 km . Along with neighboring Anshi National Park (339.87 square kilometres), the sanctuary was declared part of the Anshi Dandeli Tiger Reserve in 2006.
