Nalknad Palace

Nalknad Palace (Kannada: ನಾಲ್ಕು ನಾಡ್ ಅರಮನೆ) is a palace located in the Kodagu district of the Indian state of Karnataka. It is located near a village named Yavakapadi and was built between the years 1792 and 1794 AD. This palace was the last refuge of the last king of Kodagu, Chikka Veerarajendra before he was deposed by the British. The Kannada film Shanti, which has only a single actor, was shot in the surroundings of the palace.

Appayya Swamigalu

Coorg Institute of Dental Sciences

Coorg Institute of Dental Sciences (CIDS) is located atop a hill in Virajpet town. The institution was set up in September 1999. Raja's Seat

Raja's Seat (Seat of the King) is a seasonal garden of flowers and artificial fountains. It is one of the most important tourist spots in maidekeri of Coorg District. Madikeri (Kannada: ಮಡಿಕೇರಿ) is a hill station town in Karnataka state, India. Also known as Mercara, it is the headquarters of Kodagu (Also called Coorg) district.
