Nilgiris district

The Nilgiris District is in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Nilgiri (English: Blue Mountains) is also the name given to a range of mountains spread across the states of Tamilnadu as well as Karnataka and Kerala. Shoranur

Shoranur is a town and a municipality in Palakkad district, in the Indian state of Kerala, located on the banks of the Bharathapuzha River. It covers 32.28 km. It is a major transport hub, hosting the largest railway station in the state. Kerala Kalamandalam, the premier centre for classical arts such as Kathakali and Koodiyattam, is located at Cheruthuruthi, across the river.

Kuttippuram

Kuttippuram is a town and is situated in the Malappuram district of Kerala state, India. The town is located 34 kilomtres south west of Malappuram. The Bharathappuzha river flows through Kuttippuram. Kuttippuram railway station is an important railway station in Malappuram district.

Shoranur Junction railway station

Shoranur Junction is the largest railway station in Kerala located at Shoranur, Palakkad District, coming under the Palakkad Division of Southern Railway. The station stands at the junction of four railway lines, one from each direction. The Nilambur line from the north, Palakkad line from the east, Eranakulam line from the south and Mangalore line from the west.
