Pondicherry Airport

Puducherry Airport is an airport located at Lawspet in Puducherry, a Union territory of India. The airport has scheduled services, charter flights and the local flying training school operating out of this airport. To meet the growing demand for air travel, the Puducherry Government decided to expand the Pondicherry Airport to accommodate larger aircraft and commissioned a new Terminal building.

Pondicherry Engineering College

Pondicherry Engineering College (or PEC) is an engineering institution situated in South India on East Coast Road in Pondicherry, Puducherry on the exact border of Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry. The college is an institution sponsored by the Union Territory of Puducherry. The college was started in 1984 under the VII Five Year Plan. It is an autonomous institution for the purposes of administration, staff recruitment and College development and is managed by a Board of Governors.

Pondicherry University

Pondicherry University is a central university in Puducherry, India. Founded in 1985 by the Government of India, the university is a collegiate university with a jurisdiction spread over the Union Territories of Puducherry, Lakshadweep and Andaman and Nicobar Islands. It has 35000 students in its 87 affiliated colleges including 27,000 students in the distance education mode. The current strength of students studying on-campus stands at 6500.

Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research

Kalapet
