Stratford-on-Slaney
Stratford-on-Slaney, also known as Stratford or Stratford-upon-Slaney, is a small village on the River Slaney in West Wick low in Ireland. Stratford was founded in 1775 by Edward Stratford, 2nd Earl of Aldeborough, as a model cotton producing town. As well as the cotton mill the town included a hospital, Catholic, Protestant and Presbyterian churches and 14 Taverns.

Humewood Castle is a large Gothic-fantasy mansion built in 1870 in 427 acres of parkland at Kiltegan, County Wicklow.
