Imperia Porto Maurizio railway station

Imperia Porto Maurizio railway station (Italian: Stazione di Imperia Porto Maurizio) is one of two stations serving the city and comune of Imperia, in the Liguria region, northwestern Italy. Opened in 1872, it forms part of the Genoa–Ventimiglia railway, and is situated just over two thirds along the way from Genoa towards Ventimiglia. The station is currently managed by Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI). However, the commercial area of the passenger building is managed by Centostazioni.

Oneglia

Oneglia was a town in northern Italy on the Ligurian coast that was joined to Porto Maurizio to form the Comune of Imperia in 1923. Oneglia became a papal domain in the 8th century after the Lombards transferred control of the town to the pope. Oneglia suffered from a Muslim attack during this time. However, it later recovered as the town of Ripa Uneliae, and was governed by the bishop of Albenga. The Doria Family purchased Oneglia and Porto Maurizio in 1298.

Cervo-San Bartolomeo railway station

Cervo–San Bartolomeo railway station forms part of the Genoa-Ventimiglia railway, in the region of Liguria, Italy. It serves the Comunes of Cervo and San Bartolomeo al Mare. The station's reception building is equipped with a travellers' waiting room and a ticket machine. The station also has two tracks, each flanked by a platform. It is served by regional trains operated by Trenitalia. This article is based upon a translation of the Italian language version as at August 2010.
