Sugana Valley
The Sugana Valley is one of the most important valleys in the autonomous province of Trentino in Northern Italy. Leading into the Alps' foothills, an important main north-south Roman road, the Via Claudia Augusta, one of Europe's main roads since its construction in Antiquity, winds along the valley and connects the Adriatic with the historic Holy Roman Empire and Frankish kingdom's centre of Augsburg.

Mount Ortigara
Mount Ortigara (2,105 m, 6,906 ft) is one of the peaks, about 2,000 m (6,000 feet) tall, which delimit to the north the Seven Municipalities Plateau, falling sheer on the underlying Sugana Valley with a jump of over 1,500 meters (4,500 feet). With the neighbouring mountains, it forms an imposing ridge easily accessible from the Asiago Plateau, but only reachable through steep paths from the Sugana Valley.

Manghen Pass
The Manghen Pass (Italian: Passo di Manghen) is a 2,047 m high mountain pass in Trentino in Italy. It connects the Fiemme valley and Valsugana, linking Molina and Castelnuovo in the south. The pass road has a maximum grade of 16%. Commercial traffic is prohibited. The massive road climb from Val Sugana was featured in the 2008 Giro d'Italia cycle race.

The Mocheni Valley, also known as Fersina Valley from the name of the torrent Fersina, is a valley in Trentino. The valley is a language island of the Mócheno language, an Upper German variety. Some of the municipalities in the valley are Fierozzo, Frassilongo, Palù del Fersina (in which the majority of people declared themselves members of the Mòcheno linguistic group) and Sant'Orsola Terme.
