Île Boulay
The name of Boulay is applied both to an archipelago of islands in the Abidjan Lagoon in Côte d'Ivoire and the main island of that group. These islands are relatively unpopulated (a bit over 10,000 people) and remained in an undeveloped state, considering their proximity to the urban areas of Abidjan.
