Albany railway station
Albany railway station opened in 1896, closed in 1975, reopened in 1977 and closed for good in 1978. It was on the Bog Walk to Port Antonio branch line, 42.5 miles from the Kingston terminus, and served the surrounding agricultural community, providing a means for bananas to reach and be exported from Port Antonio. St Mary High School is a secondary school located in the Highgate area of St Mary, Jamaica. St Mary High School is a traditional high school for grades 7 thru 13. It has an enviable academic and athletic record and is one of the most sought after schools for GSAT graduates in Northeast Jamaica.
