Tomonoura

, formerly known as Tomonotsu, is a port in Ichichi ward of Fukuyama, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan. It is located on the southern point of the Numakuma Peninsula, and has been a prosperous port and bay area since ancient times. Its unique circular harbor shape was preserved even when modern port facilities were introduced. Tomonoura is located within Tomokōen and is part of Setonaikai National Park.

Shiraishi Island

is an island in the Inland Sea of Japan and is considered part of the municipality of Kasaoka, Okayama Prefecture. It is one of six inhabited islands in the Kasaoka Islands, a chain of islands most easily reached from the port city of Kasaoka on Japan's main island, Honshū. Shiraishi Island has a year-round, resident population of about 700 people. Most of the resident men work as fisherman while many of the women work in vegetable gardens.
