Konagai, Nagasaki

Konagai, Nagasaki was a town located in Kitatakaki District, Nagasaki, Japan. As of 2003, the town had an estimated population of 6,437 and a density of 208.12 persons per km². The total area was 30.93 km². On March 1, 2005 Konagai, along with the town of Tarami, from Nishisonogi District, and the towns of Iimori, Moriyama and Takaki, all from Kitatakaki District, was merged into the expanded city of Isahaya.

Oe Station

is a railway station in Takaki Town, Isahaya, Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan. It is operated by JR Kyushu and is on the Nagasaki Main Line. Oe Station has one of the shortest station names in Japan. The others are Ei Station in Kagoshima Prefecture, Ao Station in Hyōgo Prefecture and Ii Station in Yamaguchi Prefecture. Tsu Station of Mie Prefecture has a shorter name in Japanese (it is the only station name written with one kana), but this is not so when romanized.
