Kazo, Saitama is a city located in Saitama, Japan. As of April 1, 2011, the city has an estimated population of 117,339, with a household number of 42,778, and a density of 879.14 persons per km². The total area is 133.47 km². The city was founded on May 3, 1954 and is known throughout Japan for the creation of koinobori (carp kites), baseballs, kendo equipment, and udon.

The total area was 28.60 km². On March 23, 2010, the towns of Kisai, Kitakawabe, and Ōtone merged with the city of Kazo to form the city of Kazo. Kitasaitama District was dissolved as a result of this merger.
