Tsuda College

is a private women's college in Kodaira, Tokyo. The college was founded in 1900 by Tsuda Umeko as Joshi Eigaku Juku. The name was later changed to Tsuda Eigaku Juku (1933) and then Tsuda Juku Senmon Gakko and finally Tsuda Juku Daigaku (Tsuda College) in 1948. It has been well known as one of the oldest private women's college and has contributed to the high education of Japanese women in early modern Japan.

National Institute of Information and Communications Technology

The National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (情報通信研究機構, NICT) is Japan's national research institute for information and communications. It is located at 4-2-1 Nukui-Kitamachi, Koganei, Tokyo 184-8795 Japan. NICT was established in 2004 when Japan's Communications Research Laboratory (established 1896) merged with the Telecommunications Advancement Organization.

Tokyo Gakugei University
