Bungoma

Bungoma is a town in the Western Province of Kenya, bordered by Uganda in the west. Bungoma town was established as a trading centre in the early 20th century. The town is the headquarters of Kenya's Bungoma District and it hosts a municipal council. Bungoma municipality has an urban population of 44.196 and a total population of 60,650 (1999 census).

Webuye

Webuye is an industrial town in Bungoma East District, Bungoma county in the Western Province of Kenya. Located on the main road to Uganda, the town is home to the Pan African Paper Mills, the largest paper factory in the region, as well as a number of heavy-chemical and sugar manufacturers. The area is heavily populated and is used mainly for subsistence agriculture. The area around Webuye is home to the Bukusu and Tachoni tribes.

Misikhu is a rural town on the Southern slopes of Mt Elgon, in Western Province of Kenya. Located ten kilometres north of Webuye towards Kitale, Misikhu is both an administrative and commercial town.
