The Higher Technological Institute of Irapuato, popularly known as ITESI, is a public, coeducational university located in the city of Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico. Silao is a municipality in the west-central part of the state of Guanajuato in Mexico. Its seat is the city of the same name.
