Ulongué
Ulongué is a town and the administrative seat of Angónia District, situated in the north east part of the Tete Province in Mozambique. This town is written as Vila Ulongué in some maps, but the name of this town is Ulongué not Vila Ulongué. The IMAP (teacher's training college), Escola Secundária de Ulongué (secondary school), numerous primary schools, churches, Mozambique Trading Company, Mozambique Leaf Tobacco, and GPZ all have a presence in the area.

Angónia District
Angónia is a district situated in the northern part of Tete Province in the central region of Mozambique. Its administrative center is the town of Ulongué. It borders the districts of Tsangano and Macanga in Mozambique, and Dedza and Ncheu in Malawi. The name means "Angoni land". Angoni is the plural of Ngoni/Nguni, migrant peoples from South Africa after the disintegration of Zulu Empire in the nineteenth century.

Dedza
Dedza is the main township of Dedza District in the Central Region of Malawi. Dedza is located about 85 km south of Malawi's capital, Lilongwe, off the M1 road to Blantyre at a point where a trans-African highway from Johannesburg enters the country. At an altitude of 1590m it is the highest town in Malawi. In June and July it can be chilly, especially in the mornings and evenings. The town is based around a bypass loop of tarmac road connected to the M1.
