Tiebaghi is a mine and former village in Kaala-Gomen, New Caledonia. Located on an ultramafic massif, it was the largest chromium mine in the world in 1941, producing about 54,000 tons per year. During World War II it produced about 4400 tons of nickel per year. The mine is currently extensively mined by the French firm Eramet.

Diahot River
Diahot is the longest river of New Caledonia, flowing for some 60 miles (100 kilometres). It has a catchment area of 620 square kilometres and opens north-westward into the Baie d'Harcourt, flowing towards the northern point of the island along the western escarpment of the Mont Panié. The village of Ouégoa lies on the river, not far from the mouth. The Diahot flows into the sea between the villages of Bwalayet and Pam, just south of Ile de Pam.

Nehoue Bay
Nehoue Bay or Baie de Nehoue is a bay in northwestern New Caledonia. It lies just northwest of Ohland Bay and just southeast of Tanle Bay. The village of Malabou lies on the bay which contains the Malabou Beach Hotel. This resort lies 45 kilometres northwest of Koumac and is noted for its white sands. The bay contains numerous islands, the largest of which is Boh Island. Tanle Island lies just to the west in front of the channel of Tanle Bay.
