Elsfjord Church

Elsfjord Church is a parish church in the municipality of Vefsn in Nordland county, Norway. It is located in the village of Elsfjord. The church is part of the Elsfjord parish in the Indre Helgeland deanery in the Diocese of Sør-Hålogaland. The red church building was constructed in 1955 to serve the Elsfjord area. It was consecrated on 18 September 1955.

Luktvatnet

Luktvatnet is a lake that lies in the northern part of the municipality of Vefsn in Nordland county, Norway. The lake lies between the mountains Korgfjellet and Lukttinden, about 5 kilometres south of Elsfjord. The European route E06 highway passes along the northern shore of the lake.

Korgfjell Tunnel

The Korgfjell Tunnel is an 8,530-metre long road tunnel connecting Knutli in Vefsn with Korgen in Hemnes, both in Nordland county in northern Norway. Work on the tunnel started in September of 2001 and it was opened on 16 September 2005. The tunnel replaced a narrow, steep, twisting mountain road and shortened the European route E06 highway by 4 kilometres . The travel time was shortened by 10–20 minutes.

Drevvatnet is a lake that lies in the municipality of Vefsn in Nordland county, Norway. The village of Drevvassbygda lies at the northeastern end of the lake, in the Drevjedalen valley. The Nordlandsbanen railway line follows the southern coast of the lake.

Mjåvatnet is a lake that lies in the municipality of Vefsn in Nordland county, Norway. The long, skinny lake lies between the lakes Ømmervatnet and Fustvatnet, about 15 kilometres northeast of Mosjøen. The European route E06 highway passes along the west coast of the lake.
