Ålfoten Church

Ålfoten church (Ålfoten kyrkje) is a cog-joint wooden "long church" in Ålfoten in the municipality of Bremanger, Sogn og Fjordane county, Norway. The church is a part of the Davik prestegjeld in the Nordfjord deanery of the Diocese of Bjørgvin. Ålfoten churchm, which can seat 100 people, was built in the 17th century. The present church was built on or near the site of a 13th century stave church.

Gjegnen

Gjegnen or Blånibba is the highest mountain in the municipality of Bremanger in Sogn og Fjordane county, Norway. The 1,670-metre tall mountain has a topographic prominence of 1,460 metres, the fifth highest prominence in Norway. The glacier Gjegnalundsbreen lies directly to the east of the mountain. The mountain is about 10 kilometres southeast of Ålfoten in Bremanger and about 22 kilometres northwest of Sandane in neighboring Gloppen municipality.

Davik Church

Davik church (Davik kyrkje) is a wooden "long church" in the village of Davik in the municipality of Bremanger, Sogn og Fjordane county, Norway. The church is a part of the Davik prestegjeld in the Nordfjord deanery of the Diocese of Bjørgvin. The church, with a seating capacity of 500, was consecrated on 6 July 1886 by the Bishop Fredrik Waldemar Hvoslef. The architect Georg Andreas Bull made the designs. Davik church is the main church for Davik sokn (sub-parish) in the parish of Davik.

Frøya, Sogn og Fjordane

Frøya is an island in the western part of the municipality of Bremanger in Sogn og Fjordane county, Norway. The 15-square-kilometre island is located just to the southwest of the big island of Bremangerlandet and its highest point is Fanneskarvarden at an elevation of 378 metres . The island contains the main village of Kalvåg as well as the minor settlements of Liset, Steinset, Nesje, Stranda, and Frøyalandet.
