Sollia (Fjordruta)

Sollia (Fjordruta) is a hiking lodge along the Vinjefjorden in the municipality of Hemne in Sør-Trøndelag county, Norway. It is located about 7 kilometres west of Vinjeøra. A hikers’ trail goes steep uphill at first, through woods of spruce and birch, up to barren mountain moorland, interspersed with a few evergreens, mountain birches, rocks, in a heather-moss-lichen-coloured setting.

Vinje Church (Hemne)

Vinje Church is a parish church in the municipality of Hemne in Sør-Trøndelag county, Norway. It is located in the village of Vinjeøra, just north of the European route E39. The church is part of the Vinje parish in the Orkdal deanery in the Diocese of Nidaros. The white, wooden, octagonal church building was constructed in 1824 to replace an older church that was not in good shape. The church can seat 150 on the main floor with an additional 50 seats in the balcony.

Vinjefjorden

The Vinjefjorden is a fjord in Norway. It begins at Vinjeøra in the municipality of Hemne and flows west through the municipalities of Aure, Halsa, Tingvoll, and Kristiansund. At its end, it flows into the Talsjøen and Freifjorden. The Halsafjord, Skålvikfjorden, and Valsøyfjorden branch off of the 53-kilometre long Vinjefjorden. The highway E39 runs along the south side of the fjord for much of its length.

Hemne Church

Hemne Church is a parish church in the municipality of Hemne in Sør-Trøndelag county, Norway. It is located in the village of Kyrksæterøra. The church is part of the Hemne parish in the Orkdal deanery in the Diocese of Nidaros. The old Hemne Church of Saint Margrethae burned down on the night of the 14th and 15th of December 1815, and it was quickly replaced with the present church building.
