Bostan, Pishin

Bostan (بوستان) is a town, 23 km (14 mi) from Quetta city in the Balochistan province of Pakistan. It is located at 30°25'57N 67°00'22E and has an altitude of 1593 metres (5229 feet). Bostan is part of the Karezat Tehsil of the Pishin District and is also the name of a sub-tehsil covering an area between Mount Takathu and the Red Hills (Bostan clay).

Hanna Lake

Hanna Lake is a lake near Quetta city in Pakistan and is one of the main attractions in the city and a reservoir was Constructed by the British Empire. In 1894, a small action dam Surrpull (Red Bridge) was constructed on main Urak road for converting of water into Hanna Lake coming from the Zarghoon Mountains range, of streams, snow melting and rains through main channel.

Quetta International Airport is located at Quetta, the provincial capital of Balochistan, Pakistan. The airport is the fourth highest airport in Pakistan (1605 meters above sea level). It is second largest airport in south region of the country, however the largest for the province of Balochistan. It is situated 12 km south-west of the city spread over an area of 35 acres .

Aab-e-gum railway station

Aab-e-gum is a railway station in Balochistan, Pakistan. It is 50 kilometres south of Quetta near the Chilton mountain. The railway station was built by the British in 1886. The railway station is between Karachi and Quetta. Aab-e-gum (آب گم) is a Persian word and it means 'water lost', a name given to the spot for a spring that dives underground nearby.
