Koh-i-Sultan, Pakistan

Koh-i-Sultan is an extinct stratovolcano of the Pleistocene Age in the Chagai magmatic belt of Balochistan, Pakistan. The volcano is characterized by a caldera, which has been the subject of recent mineral explorations. Sulphur deposits are found on the south side of the volcano, as well as hot water springs around Miri Crater. There are two peaks, Koh-i-Sultan East, at 2030 meters, and Koh-i-Sultan West, at 2340 meters.
