Algarve International Circuit

The Algarve International Circuit (Portuguese: Autódromo Internacional do Algarve), commonly referred to as Portimao Circuit, is a 4.692 km race circuit located in Portimão, Portugal. With a total cost of €195 million (approximately $250 million), the project includes a karting track, technology park, five-star hotel, sports complex and apartments. Construction was finished in October 2008 and the circuit was homologated by both the FIM on 11 October 2008 and the FIA two days later.

Bensafrim

Bensafrim is a village in the Portuguese community of Lagos and has about 1600 inhabitants (2001). The name comes from the Arabic word Benassaharim. It used to be an agrarian community. Until the 50's of the past century the most important means of transportation were the ox and the donkey. Now it is a dormitory suburb of Lagos. The most important event of the year is the annual fair on the 25th and 26th of August. This fair already took place in 1880.

Rogil

Rogil is a Portuguese civil parish/freguesia in Aljezur Municipality. It lies within the Southwest Alentejo and Vicentine Coast Natural Park. The village of Rogil lies on a plateau at about 95 metres above sea level. There is no church listed on the diocesan website.
