Cherepovets Governorate

Cherepovets Governorate (Russian: Череповецкая губерния, Cherepovetskaya guberniya) was a governorate of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic from 1918 to 1927. Its seat was in the city of Cherepovets. The governorate was located in the North of European Russia, and its territory is currently divided between Vologda, Novgorod, and Leningrad Oblasts.

Suda River

The Suda is a river in Babayevsky, Kaduysky, and Cherepovetsky Districts of Vologda Oblast in Russia. It flows into the Rybinsk Reservoir of the Volga River. It is 184 kilometres long, with a drainage basin of 13,500 square kilometres and an average discharge of 134 cubic metres per second . Its main tributaries are the Shogda, the Andoga, the Kolp, the Voron and the Petukh rivers.
