Myongji University

Myongji University was founded in 1948 and is located in South Korea. It provides higher education in the fields of engineering, sciences and humanities. It has two campuses: one in Namgajwa-dong, Seodaemun-gu in downtown Seoul and the other in Yongin, 35 km south of Seoul. It is made up of 6 colleges, encompassing 34 departments and divisions, a graduate school, and 8 specialized postgraduate programs. Notable former Manchester United F.C. player Park Ji Sung graduated from Myongji University.

World Cup Stadium Station

The World Cup Stadium Station is a metropolitan subway station in Seoul, Korea. The station was built to facilitate access to the Seoul World Cup Stadium for 2002. The station has a very specific design with a main entrance reminiscent of a Greek amphitheater, between Exits 2 and 3. The Seoul World Cup Stadium, located in Seongsan-dong, western Seoul, was opened on December 27, 2001 in time for the 2002 FIFA World Cup.

Seoul World Cup Stadium

The Seoul World Cup Stadium, also known as Sangam Stadium, is located in Seongsan-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, South Korea. It was built for the 2002 FIFA World Cup and opened in 2001. It is currently the largest soccer stadium in Asia after Azadi Stadium in Tehran. It was designed to represent the image of a traditional Korean kite. The stadium has a capacity of 66,806 seats, including 816 seats for VIP, 754 seats for press and 75 private Sky Box rooms, each with a capacity for 12 to 29 persons.
