Wando County
Wando County (Wando-gun) is a county in South Jeolla Province, South Korea. It takes its name from the island of Wando, which is the largest island within the county and serves as the county seat. Saengildo (literally translates to “birthday island”) is a South Korean island of 15 km² in the East China Sea on which the island's economy is based. The highest point is Baegunsan (Korean: 백운산; 483 m above sea level). Saengildo, measures 4.6 kilometres long and 5.7 kilometres wide.
