List of installations for 15kV AC railway electrification in Sweden

Electric railways in Sweden are powered from a single-phase AC supply of 16 2/3 Hz, as used in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Unlike these countries, the 132 kV traction current grid covers only part of the country, approximately north of Stockholm. This grid is fed by frequency converters and has no generation nor transmission lines from Norway, which uses the same traction current system. Formerly, the Porjus Hydroelectric Power Station provided electric power to the traction network.

Swedish Railway Museum

The Swedish Railway Museum,, in Gävle, Gästrikland, Sweden is the national museum for Sweden's railway history. The Swedish Railway Museum is tasked with acquiring, preserving and supplying knowledge about Swedish railway history on the basis of the national collection. Gävle Municipality

Gävle Municipality (Gävle kommun) is a municipality in east central Sweden where the City Gävle is the municipal seat. Geographically the municipality is situated north of the mouth of the river Dalälven and is the southernmost municipality of the historical land of Norrland. Hälsinge regemente

Hälsinge regemente (Hälsingland Regiment), designations I 14, I 14/Fo 49 and I 14/Fo 21, was a Swedish Army infantry regiment that traced its origins back to the 16th century. It was disbanded in 1997. The regiment's soldiers were originally recruited from the provinces of Hälsingland and Gästrikland, and it was later garrisoned in Gästrikland.
