Palexpo

Palexpo is a convention center in Geneva, Switzerland. The buildings are owned by the State of Geneva while the company is a semi-private foundation. The center is located close to Geneva Cointrin International Airport. There are seven halls, and 102,000 square metres of exhibition space. The Salon International de l'Auto is held at Palexpo. In early 2009, the Palexpo underwent a renovation project to enhance and improve the convention center's architecture, furnishings and technology.

United Nations Office at Geneva

The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) is the second-largest of the four major office sites of the United Nations. Palace of Nations

The Palais des Nations (English: Palace of Nations) in Geneva, Switzerland, was built between 1929 and 1936 to serve as the headquarters of the League of Nations. It has served as the home of the United Nations Office at Geneva since 1946 when the Secretary General of the UN signed a Headquarters Agreement with the Swiss authorities, although Switzerland did not become a member of the UN until 2002.
