Loco is a village and former municipality in the canton of Ticino, Switzerland. In 2001 the municipality of Loco was merged with the neighboring municipalities Auressio and Berzona to form a new and larger municipality Isorno.

Moghegno
Moghegno is a village and former municipality in the district of Vallemaggia in the canton of Ticino, Switzerland. It was first recorded in 1335 as Mogeno. The municipality had 300 inhabitants in 1761, which decreased to 294 in 1801. It then went up and down to 392 in 1850, 264 in 1900 and 205 in 1950. It then increased steadily to 275 in 1990, 336 in 2000 and 376 in 2003. The municipality had an area of 6.96 km².

Isorno (river)
The Isorno is an Italian and Swiss river, a tributary of the Melezzo Orientale. Its source is in Italy near Pioda di Crana. It passes through Bagni, a frazione of Craveggia, then entering Switzerland it flows through Onsernone, Mosogno, Isorno and Intragna, where it joins the Melezzo Orientale. Its valley, although easily reached from Lugano, Bellinzona, Domodossola and Locarno, is one of the wildest in Switzerland, and there is a proposal to institute a national park like that of Engadin.

Aurigeno
Aurigeno is a village and former municipality in the district of Vallemaggia in the canton of Ticino, Switzerland. It was first recorded in 1276 as Urigeno. The municipality had 398 inhabitants in 1709, which decreased to 302 in 1801, 297 in 1850, 219 in 1900, 214 in 1950 and 127 in 1970. It then rose again, to 316 in 1990 and 384 in 2003. The municipality had an area of 11.04 km². In 2004 the municipality was incorporated into the larger, neighboring municipality Maggia.
