2013 Nantou earthquake
The 2013 Nantou earthquake was a magnitude 6.0 Mw earthquake which struck central Taiwan on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at 10:03 a.m. local time. The epicenter was located in mountainous terrain in Ren'ai Township, Nantou County, Taiwan, not far from Sun Moon Lake. News reports indicate that a 72-year-old woman was killed by being crushed by a collapsing wall and 86 people were injured as a result of the earthquake. Most of the injuries were in Taichung.

Paper Dome
Paper Dome is a temporary church building constructed using paper tubes as structural elements. It was designed on a pro-bono basis by Shigeru Ban, internationally known Japanese architect who is renowned for his paper tube structures and buildings.
