Nam Theun

Nam Theun, also known as Khading, is a river in Laos, in Khammouane and Bolikhamsai Provinces. Together with its tributaries Nam One, Nam Noy, and Nam Theun it has total length of 138 km and drain an area of 2,800 km . "Nam Theun" is also three options for large dams on the same river, called Nam Theun 1, Nam Theun 1-2 and Nam Theun 2. Nam Theun 2, which was considered the most economic of the three options, is in operation.

Bueng Kan Province

Bueng Kan is the 76th province of Thailand, established by the Act Establishing Changwat Bueng Kan, BE 2554 (2011) which entered into force on and from March 23, 2011. The province, consisting of the districts partitioned off Nong Khai Province, is situated in the northeastern region of the country, called "Isan". It is named after its central district, Mueang Bueng Kan.

Nam Xan River

The Nam Xan River is a major river of western-central Laos. It flows down from the mountains of central Laos, flows through Borikham and joins the Mekong river at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:18|22|36|N|103|39|29|E| | |name= }} at Paksan.
